Keyways Property specialises in student and professional lets in Salford, Greater Manchester. We pride ourselves in providing good quality accommodation at a reasonable cost. 

We do not use agents. Instead we prefer to deal directly with our tenants and carry out most maintenance ourselves, with the help of a handful of trusted local tradesmen.

We are members of the Residential Landlords Association and Salford City Council Landlord Accreditation Scheme and have signed up to Manchester Student Homes' Code.      All our properties conform to MSH's 'Gold Standard'.
Individual rooms are offered to let on a minimum 6-month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. As of 2009 we will no longer be taking security deposits or accepting rental bonds from Salford City Council. Rent will be payable two months in advance and a non-refundable administration charge of £25 will be made at the beginning of the tenancy.

Whole houses are let for a fixed 12 month period. Deposits are protected by MyDeposits.co.uk in accordance with its terms and conditions.

References required:
1) Employer or educational establishment. Sorry, no DSS.
2) Previous landlord or, if not available, personal character reference.
For students, a guarantor is required.
